3. E-mail us the Codes, Quantity and your full Mailing Information.
4. You will receive an online invoice within 12 hours.
5. Make your payment via Bank Transfer to our Company Account.
4. We process your order and deliver them to your doorsteps.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Prices stated are in Malaysian Ringgit MYR / RM.
2. Prices stated are fix and not inclusive postage.
3. Items sold are not returnable. (unless for valid reason as per Return Policy)
4. If no payment receive within 24 HOURS after stock confirmation given, order will be automatically cancel. Do inform us if you need to extend reservation.
5. For custom made item, you have to pay a deposit of 50%, and another 50% after order is ready.
6. For readymade item, booking can be made with at least 30% from selling price. Item will be reserve for agreed no of days. If there is no full payment on the last day of booking, booking will be forfeited and item will be publish for sale.
7. No cancellation are allowed after you have make a payment/booking. If there is, payment will be forfeited.
8. All purchases will be courier to you on the next schedule delivery day.
Schedule delivery day in on every Monday to Thursday.
9. Please email us directly if you have any problem regarding the received parcel. Wrong and damaged item can be exchange, T&C apply.
Returns
We only accept returns of purchased under condition below ONLY:-
1. Wrong item received.
2. Items damaged or dirty.
3. Items physical faulty .
3. Returns within 2 days after received with above condition.
